 CANCELLATION POLICY
 

  • Free cancellation has up to 48 hours after purchase, cancellation penalty 1 (One) day before or on the same day). *100% fine if 7 (seven) days before check-in date.

  • ​​Refund made to account/bank transfer within 3 days after cancellation.

  • ​​Reservation confirmed only upon payment of 50%, made directly by bank transfer and the remainder paid in cash or debit card at check-in.

  • ​​If you opt for credits to be used on future trips of up to 6 months of validity, you can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before check-in without any charge of fine (with the exception of check-in days and public holidays).

  • When done, the cancellation rules will apply if canceled again . 

  • Check availability on the calendar to reschedule your stay directly by contacting the Pousada.​

  • Check-in from 12:00h (noon) until 01:00h and Check-Out 11:00h and late nights.

  • We offer discounts for long stays of more than 15 days (or current promotion).
